As title, easy to reproduce:
1. Equip Silver Charm with available charge.
2. Equip Blasphemy with Temporal Chains.
3. Activate Blasphemy.
4. Notice sound effect of Silver Charm activated, its charge decreased and Silver Charm buff can be seen on the top of the screen.
