Bug Report – Requiem Skill (The Grand Design / The Last Lament)

Description:
The Requiem skill, granted by The Last Lament (Desolate Crossbow), sometimes cancels itself prematurely instead of lasting for its intended 12 seconds.

Cause (Observed):
The issue only occurs when a companion with the Haste aura is active.
If no companion with Haste is present, Requiem functions normally and lasts for the full duration.

Expected Behavior:
Requiem should remain active for its full duration (12 seconds) regardless of whether a companion with Haste is present.

Actual Behavior:
When a companion with Haste is active, Requiem immediately ends or drops shortly after activation. Without such a companion, the skill behaves correctly.
