Omens of Crystallisation question

I'm 97 in SSF, doing only ritual maps, most with 4 rerolls and in 95% cases do this rerolls. But i saw only 3 of these omens, and i think it happened, when i did cleansed maps.
Am i insane or this omens drop only from cleansed? Someone get these from regular not cleansed and not corrupted areas?
