Eldritch Battery does not convert energy shield provided by Enhance Barrier passive

Eldritch Battery is supposed to convert all energy shield to mana. However, it isn't converting the energy shield provided by the notable passive "Enhanced Barrier", which gives "5% of Maximum Life Converted to Energy Shield". This results in having some energy shield even with Eldritch Battery allocated.

That's interesting interaction. So I can have some shield on Lich with this to not not get mana cost penalty for using the Jewel perk.
