Issue with Supporter Pack Upgrade on PS5

Hello GGG Support,
I recently purchased the Justice Supporter Pack for Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation 5. However, when I go to the in-game shop to view the Supporter Packs, I notice: 1. The pack I already bought (Justice) does not appear in the list. 2. There is no option to “Upgrade” to a higher-tier pack in the same series. Because of this, I cannot upgrade my current pack, and I’m concerned that I might have to repurchase packs at full price instead of just paying the upgrade difference. Could you please check my account and advise how I can upgrade my Justice Supporter Pack on PS5? Thank you very much for your help. Last bumped on Oct 8, 2025, 4:09:53 AM
