TROPHY "NO STONE UNTURNED" PS5 PATCH 3.26 POE1

I'm trying to get this trophy but I've already located all 140 of its objectives and haven't achieved them. Can anyone explain to me if it's a bug or what it could be?

I have not done it, but I have read that it can be a bit tricky. How do you know you got them all? There was a thread a while back with someone having difficulty with it, I think it might of had something to do with Lab.

I based it on an Excel spreadsheet with all the items for this trophy

Is it possible you have missed one? Do they show you your cumulative total while you are doing it or did you need to cross them off manually from your spreadsheet? There is some information here incase it is any different to what you have:

I will see if I can find the other thread I was in. Not sure it will be helpful, but maybe there is something in it. I think it is a very long winded achievement that is difficult to keep track of getting all of them. Maybe there is a certain one that is know to miss sometimes.

Not a lot here, people just sometimes seem to miss one, but sometimes know what area they may of missed it.

In this case they were missing one in library and some missing act3. May be just random though. If you don't know what area it may have been missed it, going to be hard to know. I do not think it is bugged, but I have not done it myself, so can't say.
