Evocational Practitioner Effect Not Showing in Gem Screen for Energy Gain

I have 176 Energy Gain on my Cast on Crit gem and 78.75% crit chance on Spark without any bonuses




I also have the combat frenzy - charge regulation setup to gain power charges and bring my crit chance to 100%. It brings my spark dps from 37k to 57k





I have Evocational Practitioner annointed, so that when I trigger a spell I would gain 25% energy gain to bring my total energy gain above 200%. I can prove that the annoint is active, since when I turn off the power charge combo, I gain the crit chance buff from triggering spells, increasing crit from 78% to 84%







So I expect that when I crit, my energy gain would increase from 176 to 201. But even when I'm in combat triggering spells and critically striking (100% crit, so no bad luck streak possibility), the gem screen still shows 176 energy gain.



You can see that the other bonuses have taken effect (spark DPS is 57k), but no change in Energy Gain.

Is this a visual bug or is the energy gain portion of the passive not working?

Same here. Allocated Evocational Practitioner on the passive tree (not annoint) and 25% energy gain part seems not working.

I tested it with 100% crit and low level cast on crit gem. Can't see any difference in energy gain killing same mobs with and without Evocational Practitioner node.
