Spectres freeze on a spot unable to move

Spectres some times freeze on a spot and do not move unless its to teleport closer to you then proceed to stay stuck at the new spot.
Reloging or resummoning them or unsocketing and socketing the Spectres gem sometimes unfreezes them but not always.
