Lost item afer game crash and dying on map.

Hello,

I was running a map when this issue happened. I had my inventory open and the game started freezing. I died, and at the moment of death the game crashed and completely shut down.

After logging back in and returning to my hideout, I noticed that my equipped gloves were missing. They are a very important part of my build and I really need them.

Could you please check if anything can be done about this?

I'm assuming this is PoE 2 related? This is the PoE 1 forums.

Unfortunately, GGG does not provide any kind of refund/return for items lost. The gloves are gone forever. The only thing you can do is document everything that happened to the best of your ability and if GGG can replicate the bug, then they can try to implement something to stop it happening later on.
