Merit of Service - DOES NOT DROP - Please, PLEASE some clarity here GGG

This has been mentioned a dozen times in this patch.

The previous notes mentioned there was a bug that had been fixed, but the item is not in the game. This is a massively important item for many support builds.

PLEASE RESPOND, this needs to be in the game, it is hurting a lot of builds and players who use it as their main item.

Desperate Bump, can we at least get an ETA or a 'nah it's not coming back' type statement?

How is this a bug report?

Because the item is bugged and removed from game, and they said they fixed the bug, and yet they did not return the item to the game. It's either still bugged or it's an over sight.

If you're going to comment at least have a clue what you are talking about. A unique item missing from the game entirely and being ignored, when it's supposed to be dropping according to the patch notes, is definitely a bug.
