"Cataclysm's Wake" corrupted nexus quest bug

I have done 2 corrupted nexus and still not getting credit for the quest "Cataclysm's Wake".

Both times there was a boss on the node, but seems every time I find a corrupted nexus there is a boss on it so I need a resolution for quest completion.

ok I have found 3 more corrupted nexus's and everyone has had a map boss on it. How am I supposed to get past this quest to get my atlas points and to progress.
