Can't leave hideout with a new level 2 character

Encountered a bug in which I traveled to my hideout with my level 2 mercenary and I am unable to interact with any npcs or stash or the waypoint, and I am unable to create a portal to go back to town so I am stuck in my hideout and unable to leave, tried going to character selection,and exiting the game, still doesn't work

Yeah I just had the same thing, and i bought stuff off the market first, now i can't even drop it in my stash so i have to delete this character?
Seems like a big issue
