Charms stay active after removing charm slots required to equip the charms

If you have a charm activated in your third charm slot and then you take off your belt thus removing the charm slot, the charm effect persists until it expires. It should remove the charm effect.

I've also tested this with only one charm slot. Removing my belt thus making myself have zero charm slots does not disable the effects of any charms that were used while the belt was equipped.
