Filterblade not working for me?

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this but.

I recently tried to use filterblade for the first time.
Went to the site, signed in to my steam account to link it etc.

But, I always get this error:

Error: NitroPayAdDynamic1: load timeout, 2:438632,
6269/renderBanner/e<@https://s.nitropay.com/ads-1046.js:2:438632

and so far in game, there is no evidence of any kind of loot filters working.

Im on PC.

Has anyone seen this issue? Is there something I need to do to activate it before it will work in game besides just linking my steam account?

Do you know if it has signed you in? Can you see your username in the top right corner of the filterblade page?

When is that error message showing? During linking the account, initializing or when trying to export the filter?

In the program, once you have your filter ready, the last tab is export to POE. It gives you 2 options. One on the left is for sync directly with game. If you click that one, it does some quick loading, then if it works, it gives you an output message, with a time estimate of how long it will take to be available, that can be instant, but often gives you and estimate in minutes.

Once this is done, in game menu, options, game, next to the loot filter name drop down box, there is a refresh button, that will update the filter. If in game, it also gives an output message, saying successfully loaded, with the filter name and the time the filter was most recently updated.
