I am writing to appeal my recent mute in the World channel. My in-game ID is zinoChuWS#5782. I am a dedicated player of Path of Exile 2 and sincerely appreciate the fair and healthy environment your team works hard to maintain.

The situation occurred when I attempted to share an item description with a friend for discussion purposes. By mistake, I pasted the information—which included another player’s item along with its price—into the World channel. I realized immediately that I had posted in the wrong channel, as I had no intention of conducting trade-related communication globally. I want to clarify that the item was not mine, and I have never engaged in or supported any form of real-money trading (RMT) or violation of the game’s terms of service.

I fully understand and respect the need for moderation to preserve a positive experience for all players. However, this incident was an honest misoperation—a simple copy-paste error—and not an intentional breach of rules. Being muted has significantly impacted my ability to communicate with friends in the game, which is an important part of the experience for me.

I kindly request that you review my case and consider lifting the mute. I assure you that I will be more cautious in the future and strictly adhere to channel guidelines.
