Mystic Harvest Bugged

Currently, as of 0.3.0c Hotfix 2, Mystic Harvest is bugged to where Life Leech does not properly leech based off of elemental damage and still only recovers based on physical damage. (See Below Image for Details.)

Yep, I'm bummed out.

Swapped in Ghost Dance with Compressed Duration. Not as good as working leech, but a lot better than just basic ES regen.

As of 0.3.1, Mystic Harvest's Life Leach is still bugged. (See Below for Confirmation)

I'd love to see this get fixed. I'm actually quite shocked there aren't more people talking about it.
