Stuck on loading screen while enter map.

Hello,

I have a problem with map instancing. After opening a map, I try to use a portal to enter it, but I get stuck on the loading screen. After a couple of minutes, I get disconnected.

Update: After several tries i can't connect even to the game screen with loading loction of HO for couple of min and disconnected.
