my account got compromised cuz it happens passwords get leaked its 2025 and everyone is online and poe2 site dont even have 2fa anyone can bruteforce accounts somehow my email got hacked in meantime and it was the same password as poe but i provied transaction ids screenshot character names character screenshots i provided ips i created new accounts as asked i did everything i also want to provide if necessary my governemnet id and passport and my credit card picture if they want i provided steam screenshots and they still didnt give my account back forget about it guys this support is useless

Unfortunately your account is likely to be locked until next year. GGG's support faceplants the moment preliminaries are done and an complex issue (like account ownership/recovery) is handed off from junior to senior support staff.
Reports from earlier in the year put the back half of the process at a minimum of 4 email exchanges with 4-6 weeks between them. I've yet to see any reports that this is improving any from the broken state it's been in since support was overwhelmed when POE2's 0.1 version launched. Unfortunately there is no way to influence it positively; but you can make it worse. Their support system moves you to the back of the queue every time you send a new email ex if after 2 weeks you send a "did you get my last email?" inquiry. If your purchases are all recent enough to dispute you could do so. I don't know how likely you are to succeed (in particular I don't know if GGG will dispute it despite your account being locked or if your account being locked is an automatic win button); but doing so would be the kiss of death for ever getting it back. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
