Delayed Customer Support Responses and Action

HI GGG Support!

I wanted to bring up a concern regarding the slow response time and lack of timely action from your Customer Support team. Despite replying promptly to all communication, we’ve been waiting for an extended period without receiving any updates or resolutions. This delay is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I’m hopeful that posting here might help to resolve the issue right away.

We’ve been following up via email and responding promptly, but there seems to be a delay in getting replies from your side. We’d really appreciate faster communication to move things forward.
I posted a issue in the bug thread and recieved no response.I summited a support ticket and was Literary told he didn't have time to read my issue and to post in the bug thread. Got no response From staff for my issue in the thread. A trusted poster replied with basic ideas but nothing helpful. The issue fixed itself after two days. Not feeling real good about GGG

Their support are hard to reach, they will just email you at least 1 time per week just to ask another question then will left you hanging for another week to ask another question without updates or if there are any progress to your issue.
