Premium stash still not convertible to merchant stash

I have this on my account:

Current Tab Allocations
Premium Stash Tabs 1
Merchant's Tabs 1

Eligible Premium Tabs


The premium stash tab was a normal one converted to premium. As far as I know, it was said that a rollover the DB was enabling those type of stashes to be converted to Merchant's tab.

Added the ability to convert Stash Tabs that were upgraded to Premium Tabs to Merchant's Tabs. This only applies for Stash Tabs that were upgraded to Premium Stash Tabs prior to the 0.3.0 launch. You can convert these here after the 0.3.0b patch has been deployed.

The merchant tab upgrade page now clarifies that the conversion "is unable to be used on upgrades to the initial four Stash Tabs on an account."

I am glad that they have spelled this out, but it will remain confusing for players. Earlier comments from GGG prior to the patch referred to allowing for "extra tabs" upgraded to premium to be converted, but the changes were initially ambiguous in that regard. It is speculated that this may be to prevent a player from converting all of their available stash tabs and being left with none.

Additional purchased tabs that were since upgraded to premium are able to be converted (anecdotally, I tested this for one of my earliest tab purchases that was since upgraded).
