How to file a complaint against a member of support staff?

I am being stonewalled by a rude and dismissive support agent and there is no option to speak to anyone else.
Is there a link that I can report an actual grevience or am I stuck with the only channel provided. How can I have my issue addressed if the one reviewing my complaint is the problem individual himself. There needs to be a way if there isn't Had anyone found a solution to a similar situation or am I SOL?
