You're in for a long wait. I haven't seen anyone post an update about response times for a few months; but earlier this year after some reasonably fast preliminaries by junior support were handed off to a senior person who appears to have far more cases to handle than time to do it leading to 4-6 week delays between email exchanges with a minimum of 4 of them (so 4 months wait minimum) needed to get an account back.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
