Bug: 'Morior Invictus Grand Regalia' sockets not increasing stats.

I regret to say that I have already reported this bug here once before, and even sent a dedicated email to GGG with a video demonstration, but the issue remains unresolved. The bug is as follows:
When a "Rabbit Talisman" is socketed into the "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia," it fails to grant the character the properties displayed on the "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia."

For example:
The "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia" has the affix "+(5–7)% to all Elemental Resistances per Socket filled." However, when a "Rabbit Talisman" is socketed into it, this affix is not triggered, and the character's elemental resistances do not increase.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Do you know if a fix is planned, or if there’s a way to use the Rabbit Talisman with it to trigger the affixes you discovered?
