The Black Crow bugged

The Black Crow boss is bugged. He's half life and wont even get to the second stage where the doors close behind him and grab his bell. He's just running around chasing me and i cant do any damage to him.

doing it to me as well.. i can't die right now.. i'm at 97% into my level and IBD if i let this win.

Bugged. Won't run for second stage and just hits you while invulnerable indefinitely.
