Level 10 awakened added cold damage support

The level 10 awakened added cold damage support does not provide +2 to level of supported cold skills if it reaches level 10 via the unique venarius astrolobe. Please fix... I spent a lot of time trying to get this setup to work and i lose out of 1000+ base damage because the interaction does not provide the additional expected level.
