Sun Temple map: 2nd floor inaccessible

Encountered just now. The door texture is there, but it's not interactible. Tried re-entering the map and relogging, no effect, still no passage through the door.

 same issue... waystone objective wants me to kill boss on 3rd floor, but the door to the 2nd floor is not usable. |
