Skeletal Brute Warcry not shattering Earthshatter or Forge Hammer

My build is slightly cracked but I've been testing out minions and totems and noticed that the Skeletal Brute Warcry command doesn't shatter Earthshatter spikes (mine nor my totems) nor Forge Hammer. Would be cool if it did, sounds like it should reading the gems.

Wanted to use them the same way. Luckly my build didn't suffer form that.
Still tooltip on both Earthshatter and Forge Hammer don't specify that warcry have to come from player.
