0.3 Problem with adding quality to warbringer gem skills

I am having problems with adding quality to the ancestral spirits and jade skills that are available through the warbringer ascendency.

It says in text that is possible to apply quality to these skills but I can't. I tried both mouse and keyboard and controller but I cannot add the quality. The other gems I can.

Does this skills behave in a different way so the quality must be added in another way or is this a bug?
