Stuck at Recruit the Maraketh quest

I couldn't enter the door. I had the NPC who opens the door, and I opened it. Before entering the Qimah Reservoir, I respawn at the checkpoint. However, when I returned to the door, I couldn't enter.

i did everything i Ctrl+click the area. rekilled Elzarah. nothing work.
