Help and Information - Says I don't have access to PoE2? - Forum

Hi I've been playing for a while now and just realized you can get filters for the loot. I signed up a month or so ago, it shows my PoE character but won't let me access the PoE 2 section? When I try to sign in on my Xbox as well it just refreshes "are you human" over and over again Both games are on same Xbox account.
