Archon Buffs Should Change Skill Colors

The archon buffs are a cool mechanic but it's hard to follow when you're buffed with lightning if your firestorm still looks like fire.

The chaos archon-like notable skill changes all fire effects to be purple already.

The elemental archon skills should work identically to the chaos passive, and just change the color palette of elemental skills to match the archon effect.
