My last feedback update before I quit this game
If anyone would care..
1. UNIQUES are too weak Right now 90% of uniques I found suck. It`s not normal that yellow items are better than uniques. Not only this, but my end game characters have ONLY rares on them!! We also need skill enabling unique items. 2. XP penalty really feels awful I ignored this initially, but it gets extremely frustrating when, after hours of playing you have 0 or even negative progress. If you also tried some crafting and bricked some items, then it`s negative all over. You should replace it with Gold penalty, or smth else and remove it entirely for Ascension Trials. 3. Speaking of Trials, Chaos trial SUCK!!!! OMG, I cannot even express my frustration at this point. I can literally can`t get my 3rd ascendency points. I die to bosses all the time, especially that ugly bird flipping his wings. Also, the trials are repetitive and the curses too random and punishing. -- Trial of the Sekhemas, on the other hand, is fine in my opinion. 4. Too much Junk Loot Also inventory size too small and lacks management (auto sorting). 5. UI too basic For example, we`d need something for for crafting (to see what are the possible Implicits when you use orbs / possible upgrades and chances with Orb of Chance; Vaal Orb - wtf is that doing?? I tried a few and literraly does nothing) Or proper UI/search system for Support skills (it`s incredibly difficult now to check support possibilities for each skill) 6. CRAFTING still bad I never use crafting. Only buy from market. Quick next step should be to REMOVE RECOMBUNATOR CHANCE TO DESTROY ITEM! 7. Good implementation with Trade Now we need option to save searches and desired items. Also to price check our owns. You should also ask for gold when you put an item for sale, not only when you buy. This way you filter a lot of cheap, junk items. 8. QoL still needs a lot of work A few examples of what we`d need: - Bookmarks in Passive Tree, - Better search system for support gems, - Some stash tabs need rework (right now Gem stash sucks, Unique stash needs filter by level/can wear or not, etc), - Teleport directly to your buddy in party, - Some kind of Minimap for Atlas (easier if Atlas is not infinite), - Armory, - Test Dummy, - Better visuals/UI (like floating dmg numbers for crits, weapon dps, statistics in party, etc.) just to name a few ... MY WISHLIST: ***FINITE ATLAS*** You can then open multiple Atlas "Worlds" once you finish one, so in essence would still be infinite, but now the immense map would be manageable in pieces and you`d also have extra incentive to see how many "Atlas worlds" you`ve opened/finished. ***IN-Game Loot Filter*** I like the slower, steady pace in the campaign, but if gets utterly chaotic and kinda pointless later on. I wrote this feedback earlier..
I think the biggest problem right now is the lack of "moderness" of the game and Loot, which feels really bad, especially on the Uniques side. So: - Uniques (very bad drop and not almost useless) / There are no build enabling uniques either - lack of "modernness". Not sure how to call it, but UI feels outdated (you need to to a lot of manual work), lack of any type of Highscore or Ladder system, which would otherwise make the game a lot more engaging. - Loot in general is too chaotic and too abundant - Passive Tree is too hard to navigate, You need at least a separate spread sheet to remember all your interesting nodes you want to learn further on - Crafting .. not really much to say here (and this says a lot). There is also same problem with the lack of UI here. - Lack of a Party finder; To name a few of the problems.. :) Maybe I`ll actually post this in a separate Thread. |

Also with the Atlas, it gets very hard to navigate around, as it gets bigger (and it is getting bigger quite fast).

some parts are legit to certain extent and other parts are "huh did you actually played the game?" xD EDIT: Btw (if serious) stop asking for Floating dmg nr, do you know how much performance that is draining?....if not try some of the survivor games and look what your fps/frame times are, with and without floating numbers on higher densities ;D Last edited by Sinpox#4289 on Oct 3, 2025, 10:04:31 AM

" Initially I thought you are referring to me :). Even though I mostly agree with the post. It nails almost all the issues I spotted with the game. With the floating dmg nr. I believe it`s a matter of taste. I wouldn`t mind to have this option to turn on/off. Some ppl would like this. Btw, what parts do you find not being serious? " 1. I agree here. Many Uniques are plain useless 2. XP Penalty i think is fine. 3. Chaos trail does suck, but u can do sekhema too. You dont even need to touch Chaos trial. Also if you struggle with it you do sth. wrong in your build. 4. I mean large amounts of Loot is what ARPGs are. The devs need to create some QOL if you are supposed to use Vaal, Exalts etc. on Strongboxes and essences. They should be used from stash too. Otherwise you barely loot equipment from the ground unless its in the campaign. Even there i mostly dont. 5. Yes i agree here. The UI needs massive improvements. Not really in what you mentioned tho. 6. Crafting is actually to strong because it is mostly deterministic. 7. yes searches should persist and you should eb able to save them. Other suggestion i dont think its necessary. 8. some of the things you mentioned exist or are straight up a knowledge issue.
