can i use doryani's institute only once to corrptted the gem? is seem i can only use Lapidary Lens once?

Yes. One time. It does a double corrupt on an uncorrupted gem. Some of the outcomes may look like they have only been corrupted once. To try again, you need another uncorrupted gem and a new temple.
