Hard locked on molten vault

My character Jaguarull on EU Frankfurt realm is unable to pick up the hammer after killing the boss, I already did it 3 times and the hammer still doesn't drop. I tried resetting the instance twice, still didnt manage to make it spawn. It was mentioned that this is supposed to be fixed, however it seems that the bug is still active. Could you please assist?
