Killing Shakira did not unlock Pantheon

I killed Shakira in Act 9. Silk turned up and did his RP but the Pantheon didn't unlock. So I went and killed her again. This time it was just like a normal fight and there was no Silk.
I quit the game but when I came back, still no unlock.
After getting to Act 10 I went and killed Shakira for a 3rd time, but again, it was just like a normal fight with no Silk.
I've now completed the campaign but the Pantheon still shows 'requirements not met'.
This is my 2nd character in 3.26. The first character has this unlocked.
I contacted support but they said they couldn't help and to post here.
Has anyone had this happen and know how to fix it please?

Silk does not appear at all in the Shakira fight - Arakaali in Act 8 is where he appears.

If you already did them with your first character, "requirements not met" probably relates to not having reached mapping yet.

They're probably mixing up Shakari and Garukhan.

Shakari is the scorpion boss you fight in the Oasis, with two arenas and a lot of quicksand.
Garukhan is the desert warrior boss at the Quarry, with multiple phases in a single arena with sandstorms. Between phases, you fight Kira and some other monsters.

The last Pantheon is unlocked AFTER killing Shakari, the scorpion boss, so says the wiki.
Silk arrives after killing Shakari and RPs about his daughter. The Pantheon is supposed to unlock then.

I killed Shakari, Silk appeared, he talked, and the Pantheon didn't unlock.

Ah, you're confusing Silk with Sin, then.

If you type the "/passives" command into chat, without the "s, what quests are you missing passive points from?

Ah, yes, confused Silk with Sin.

I have typed /passives after this happened and it confirmed I received the point for killing Shakari. I have all passives except for Bandits (I helped the one for 8% speed), so 23.

So this is resolved? What image are you trying to upload? As Xjjanie is pointing out, any extended pantheon points you have collected on your first character in maps, will be locked on other characters until you hit maps.

No, this is NOT resolved.

I do not have the last small Pantheon unlocked.

All the others are unlocked and all the extended points are also unlocked.

But Soul of Gruthkul did not unlock when Shakari was killed.

I have the passive point for the kill, but the Pantheon still says 'requirement not met'.

Thank you seaman. I have worked it out. I was totally mixed up over all of it and your last comment cut through and I've just been to Act 7 and killed the correct monster.

All Pantheon now unlocked. Somehow, in my rush to get through the campaign, I just grabbed the fireflies and left the area.
