My Character Missing？！

II just completed the POE2 story last night, and when I woke up this morning, my game character was gone. The other characters are still there. Could you help me check what happened?

(Edit: Sorry, I read the question more carefully, check the drop down menu, if "Show all" is selected and character is not on list, I would suggest contacting support. Some of the information below relating to being on another account will not apply, if you can see some characters, unless you were playing on another account yesterday.

What do you mean gone? On the character screen in the menu do you see any characters? On the drop down box above the character screen, select "Show all". Is this shows no characters, have you deleted any, or does anyone have access to your account? Do you have multiple accounts, or anyone else logging in with their account?

Also this is a POE1 section. Ask for help in the early access sections.
