Flamewalker doesn't work with Birth of Fury

I equipped it and saw no damage boost on the tooltip so I went and tested it with punches and saw no increase from the damage variance either. I can't tell if this is intended or not but if it is the flamewalker node should be reworded to say while affected by instead of while on since I am on an ignited ground with the Birth of Fury boots.

Yea, it doesn't work with curse Burning Inscription support gem. Kinda sux.
