Daressos Passion and War Banner Q

Hello,
So, I have Daressos Passion, and I have it socketed in War Banner. However, It has a red circle around Daressos Passion itself. I have stat req met. What am I missing? there is no description or any info telling me what requirements I need. Even tried with it being the only support gem in War Banner. Thanks!
