Minion Accuracy change and Manifest weapon

If I understood the patch notes correctly accuracy is no longer a concern for minions, however manifest weapon when using a mace is missing a LOT! of hits. The missing of targets might not be directly tied to its accuracy though, I notice that if a target is moving at all (even very slowly) the mace doesn't hit. This makes manifest weapon just feel down right awful to waste points on when you are kiting around an enemy out of potion charges and praying for it to land at least one hit. As a long time PoE1 player I love playing with animate guardian and animate weapons I would really like to see this skill improve. I know this isn't for the bug report section but it would be cool to have a limit tag added to this skill.
