Soul Siphoner Locking Crossbow skills

Whenever a Rare mob with Soul Siphoner hits me, or I enter its aura, it locks me out of my attack skills for 20+ seconds. Emergency Reload works, but the game dont let me shoot anything still.

This is the same for me, can't use any skills. I can't use portal, or potions either.

Same here, Even being touched by the ring locks me out of using ANY skills at all and its frustrating for mapping
