Shop missing some Settlers Mystery Box stuff

Is there a reason for only a few things from this box to be in the shop? Esp. looking for the Enigma Map Device

Typically microtransactions that originated from Mystery Boxes are added to the store roughly one month after the boxes left the store, though I'm afraid that we're unable to speculate on a precise date on when they may be added to the store. | |

There are some things from the box in the shop, the clay mage armour pack, the jellyfish portal etc...some are there, thats what confuses me
