Herald support skills bug

Heralds and support skills do not reserve Spirit when activated

Description:
When I activate certain aura/spirit skills, they show as active, but they do not actually reserve any Spirit. The Spirit bar stays the same, and sometimes the aura effect is also not applied.

Affected skills (tested):
• Herald of Ice
• Herald of Thunder
• Herald of Ash
• Wind Dancer
• Close Combat

Steps to reproduce:
1. Socket the skill gem (for example Herald of Ice, Herald of Thunder, Herald of Ash, Wind Dancer, Close Combat).
2. Activate the skill (right click on the gem icon in the skill menu).
3. Observe that Spirit is not reserved, even though the tooltip says it should reserve X%.

Additional notes:
• Tried removing and re-socketing the gems → same issue.
• Tried weapon set swapping → same issue.
• Restarting the game does not always fix it.
• Tooltip shows “Reserves Spirit” but it doesn’t actually apply.
• Game version: Path of Exile 2 Closed Beta (September 2025).

Expected result:
Spirit should be reserved when activating Heralds and other spirit-based skills.

Actual result:
Spirit is not reserved, and the aura/buff effect sometimes does not work at all.
