Can't login, can't link accounts, emails not sent

I can't login to PoE 1. The account is locked from being accessed from a new location, the game tells me a code has been sent to my email, but nothing was sent (Yes, I checked the spam folder. Yes, this has worked in the past).

This way, I can't create a code with /verify to open a support ticket via email.

This is also preventing me from playing PoE 2, which I spent money on but can't access because I can't link the account to Steam because the website tells me they sent me an email and that's a lie.

Please fix your emails services.

I did do that some hours ago, but I was concerned that maybe you don't receive my email without the activation code, or maybe that, since your email server is not sending emails to my email, it might somehow also not receive mine or filter them out. If needed, I can write my email here.

Okay, thank you. I am just concerned it might take a while, since I don't have a verification code, and I am unable to play PoE2 after having just bought it, and I also can't play PoE. If there is anything you can do to speed it up I would be grateful.
