Rite of Passage Golden Charm - Spirit of the Owl does not summon spirit during effect

It appears the Spirit of the Owl variant of the Rite of Passage Golden Charm does not work properly and the associated spirit is not being summoned despite the "Hunted by Azmeri Spirit" modifier being active.

Even though the other buffs from the charm are applied correctly for 20 seconds, I have not seen the cold tornado being conjured once in multiple maps.

Has anyone encountered the same issue using this particular or another variant of the charm?

I've got the boar charm, I can see purple swirly wisp lookin things fly out from my character, and tanky rares are definitely getting annihilated by fire explosions... but I can't see any boars :(

Know a few people with the monkey charm and its nuts, there's so many fuckin monkeys

HEy have same problem my Bear talisman spawn BEar but owl Talisman not spawn Owl

I'm glad the owl isn't spawned like the primates are. There were so many of them it was causing even more FPS drops (and I have a 9800x3d and 5090). At least now these don't contribute to it.

I just bought one with all the divs I had left, not knowing the owls are broken ;-;
