Moving points from new (steam bought) account to old one (standalone)

Hi could you pls help me get my points from my new account (steam bought 300pts)
to my old account which im currently using to play PoE2 because all of my progress is there so thats why i decided use it. btw both accounts are merged. also i already made a ticket to support but its been a week and i got no reply. Please help.
