I’ve been waiting for almost a month on a support ticket regarding merging two accounts that both have purchases on them. I understand this is a complex request and not as high priority as account security issues, but I would like to know:

Has the support team been optimized lately to deal with the backlog?

Approximately how many tickets are still pending right now?
