Merging accounts, No response from Support

I sent an email on August 27th asking if it’s possible to merge the two accounts, my original PoE account and the new one I have on Steam, but I haven’t received a reply. Do you know if this is something that’s happening in general, or how long it usually takes? I have several premium stashes and other things that would be useful here.

Great! Yes, I did send the email with the verification code and everything. I just wanted to know if there was a delay, that’s all. I didn’t want to send any extra emails and make things harder for the support team, that’s why I asked here first. Thanks a lot!
