Game Unpauses itself

Got the classic lag,instantly pressed escape which it pauses the game until the loading gears stop and the terrain is loaded again. Got the "Game Paused" message and then it unpaused itself without pressing anything. (Only Game Paused message disappeared) . Also Omen of amelioration didn't work and lost 10% instead and still have it in my inventory. And in my luck it's the second time this happens since yesterday at 96lvl 98% and 94% after. Drivers and everything is checked.
