I am writing to seek help regarding an issue I encountered on the trade marketplace of Path of Exile 2. When I initiated a real-time search, the system prompted that my account's online search has failed and my account has been subjected to speed limiting.
I suspect this might be because I pressed F5 multiple times in quick succession while initiating the search. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rate limiting will automatically fall off if your account stops excessively consuming their API. The error message should tell you how long to wait before trying again, in the form of a number of seconds. They're not going to manually remove the restriction for you before then; it would be too much work if they did that for everyone, and unfair on others if they did it only for you.
