Share issues PoE2 PS5

I'm having a problem trying to share gems, orbs, legendary items, and other items in the guild chest. I'm getting a message that I need to validate my account before I can share items. My platform is on PS5, my friends can share, but as the guild leader, I can't share or make direct trades with them. I get the same message, and I don't know what else to do. I can only share armor and non-special weapons. Please tell me how I can resolve this issue. Thank you.
